TOS Violation?

Wow, I imagine this has to violate some type of terms of service clause for the App Store. Blatant bait-and-switch.

This is a completely different app--the only thing that is remotely similar to the original is that it still has "Bubble Wrap". So much for "updates" in their version history.

When reviewing my available app updates, I thought "how did I get this game?!?" After looking at the recent reviews I now know why.

I wonder how this app/update can be flagged for Apple to review?
